The Cub section of the 2nd Woodley Scout Group were delighted that they gained a very high score in the Loddon District Cub Scout Cooking Competition.

Despite being one short in their team they achieved third place against stiff opposition from teams across the District.

The Group are committed to giving every opportunity to all their members.

The team members, were each presented with the Cub Chef Badge in recognition of their high standard of achievement.

Group Leader Janice Jackson commented that the girls did a wonderful job and worked very well together while having fun.

Each team had to prepare, cook and clear away a pasta meal with a cold pudding. Points were awarded for Safety, Hygiene, working well together and cooking all the food properly and on time.
